Orientation is very important whenever actions to be undertaken to take to have the focus on the quality of production and delivery of the desirable output. My orientation iteration was described in four distinctive stages. The first stage of the orientation process was the identification of the design of the company network to have the better understanding of how will be able to have the replacement of the old routers with the new Wi-Fi routers. The second activity within the orientation phase is to have the determination of the potential problems that have adverse within the business that should get addressed and have the deep focus during the routers replacement.
Subsequently, I had to define the actual requirements that the network Wi-Fi routers should get to possess about the needs of the end users. The last action within the phase orientation will involve the development of the budget for the same Wi-Fi routers. Upon outlines the activities I have mentioned I will also understand the governing policies and principles according to the company that concerns the routers and the general networking within the organization. This knowledge will provide the required information for the implementation of security aspects that relates to the networking devices. The overall orientation process will take the duration of two weeks and it will be the getting to have the understanding of how the new Wi-Fi routers will get deployed within the organization in replacement of the old routers.

Action
The activities were undertaken in a sequential manner and according to the defined program. It means that the study of the documentation gave the glue on some of the network requirements. The replacement of the new Wi-Fi routers was developed to accommodate the growth of the enterprise. The business operations had extended to another level where the old routers could not manage the network traffic.
